Shipping Policy

SunnyTown fulfills U.S. orders from our Kansas warehouse and can arrange international, wholesale and custom-production shipments from our Shenzhen factory. This policy explains our current processing, shipping charges and delivery practices.
Order processing
- Orders normally ship within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
- Large wholesale orders may require additional preparation time. We will communicate any extended lead time before shipment.
Shipping method and charges
Orders ship by USPS Ground within the United States. Shipping is calculated by bottle size: 100ml starts at \$8.50, 500ml starts at \$10.50, and 1000ml starts at \$12.50. The largest bottle in the cart sets the first-bottle charge, and additional bottles are calculated automatically at checkout.
- 100ml: first bottle \$8.50, each additional 100ml bottle +\$5.00.
- 500ml: first bottle \$10.50, each additional 500ml bottle +\$7.50.
- 1000ml: first bottle \$12.50, each additional 1000ml bottle +\$10.00.
Alcohol-based fragrance products must use eligible transportation services. U.S. orders currently ship by ground. International shipping may be available from our Shenzhen factory depending on the destination, product quantity, carrier restrictions and dangerous-goods requirements. Contact us for a shipping quotation before placing an international or custom-production order.
International and factory-direct shipping
- International orders may ship from our Shenzhen, China factory.
- Available methods, minimum quantities, documents, transit time and cost vary by destination.
- Custom fragrance projects and orders selected from our library of 3,000+ scent profiles may require a confirmed production lead time.
- Import duties, taxes, customs clearance and destination-country requirements are normally the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking information will be sent after the carrier accepts the package. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, hazardous-material handling requirements, holidays or other events outside our control.
Address problems and damaged packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If your package arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, packaging photos and product photos.
